Designing the conditions for behaviour
Can we establish the conditions in which a behaviour emerges, rather than prescribe every action? BMK — Bir Mimarın Kanunları — explores this question through ideas of emergence, constraint and renewal in nature.
Small rules, local interaction, resource accounting, forgetting and human-readable states are shared design concerns. An analogy can suggest a mechanism; its necessity or advantage still needs a separate experiment.
One framework, distinct mechanisms
The reviewed documents distinguish a hypervector memory from an event/interaction engine. A shared philosophical framework does not transfer evidence between the two. The Örgü page separately discusses relational kernels and research records in this family.
A limited transfer result
The 13 September report describes a separate receiving process matching the reference answers for 21 shared-file-mention questions built from seven evaluation documents. A file mention is not evidence that a claim is supported.
The transfer packet was 20,647 bytes, compared with 1,023 bytes for compact relation data. Answer correctness passed in this task; a size advantage did not. General meaning learning was not measured. These are reported results, not experiments rerun for this page.
Open question
When is a simple relation transfer sufficient for fixed questions? Which real queries justify the additional cost of a more general protocol?
